Israel’s deputy Prime Minister Moshe Ya’alon has give a statement about the missiles.  The missiles were being experienced at a site near Tehran that was smashed three months ago and they were ‘aimed at America, not at us’.

Israel is showing threats against Iran without any solid reason. Mr Ya’alon said Iran is creating ‘a nightmare for the free world’. Iran, which is blamed of preparing to build a nuclear bomb, says it will retaliate over Western-backed oil sanctions and any attack threat. Where the report from U.S is that the U.S. doesn’t believe Iran is producing such a long-range missile, but Leon Panetta, Defense Secretary, is still it sounds as if fearful of a growing chance Israel would attack Iran as early as April.

On the other hand, news from Iran, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has concerned severe warnings against any possible U.S. or Israeli attacks against Tehran’s nuclear facilities. Iranian officials and lawmakers constantly have threatened to close the strait, which conduits down to a waterway no wider than 30 miles (50 kilometers) at the mouth of the Gulf, in retaliation for sanctions that affect Iran’s oil exports. But they have as yet made no attempts to disrupt shipping through the waterway, and the U.S. and other Western powers have warned they would respond swiftly to any attempts at a blockade.

In remarks to worshippers during Friday prayers in Tehran which were broadcast on state TV, Khamenei said Iran would continue its nuclear program and warned that any military strike by the U.S. would only make Iran stronger. He affirmed that Iran had provided assistance to terror groups Hizbullah and Hamas, AP reported.

Israel fears that Iran is fast approaching a point at which a limited military strike no longer would be enough to head off an Iranian bomb.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and defense minister Ehud Barak have been increasingly vocal in expressing concern that Israel might be running out of time.

‘The world has no doubt that Iran’s nuclear program is steadily nearing readiness and is about to enter an immunity zone,’ Mr Barak said, reported Bloomberg.

Fears that Europe’s growing debt crisis might reach U.S. banks and threaten the fragile economy overshadowed a solid jobs report Friday, a day after the Dow’s worst decline since 2008.

Among the other issues investors are most concerned about: anemic growth in manufacturing and the service sector and a decline in consumer spending; hiring levels that aren’t high enough to significantly lower the unemployment rate; and the belief that the government is unlikely to stimulate the economy through spending.

European leaders have called emergency meetings to craft a plan that would prevent Italy or Spain from becoming the latest country in the region to require large-scale financial help to avoid a debt default.
While other deals have fallen apart — including those of London Stock Exchange Group Plc (LSE.L), Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGXL.SI), and Nasdaq OMX Group Inc (NDAQ.O) — the proposed German-U.S. tie-up remains on track after having received shareholder approval last month.
The Commission, which has until Dec. 13 to decide whether to clear or block the deal, said the initial review indicated concerns in a number of areas, especially in derivatives trading and clearing.
“Due to the removal of an important competitor, the merger would have a negative impact on innovation in derivatives products and technology solutions,” the European Union executive said.
