Before Friday, the Russian team lose the game to the United States and handing the Americans their first win in the competition after three defeats. Russia’s defeat and the country’s fourth in five matches, they brought them to the bottom of the curling table. These women curlers lost to Germany and Britain earlier this week, with just one victory so far, against Denmark. The U.S. women’s curling team has clinched a victory against Russia today in the Winter Olympics 2010. The U.S. women win against Russia women’s curling team with a final score of 6-4 to register their first win after three consecutive losses. The U.S. team played with the original lineup. Looking nervous and missed crucial shots. The U.S. team Skipper Debbie McCormick managed to announce a perfect final shot for the win. Debbie McCormick told before the game, “We do feel a lot of pressure. We want to do well for ourselves and for all of the United States.
