Here is a question, is their any need of such elections and political stability in Iraq or will they gain success . After the American’s nominated rules and regulations in that country is their any need of local government?
Rather then this, In Iraq, there are more than 19 million eligible voters who will choose from over 6,000 candidates from 86 political groups looking to gain seats in the 325-member assembly. Each Voter can pick between the mainly Shia Muslim parties that have dominated Iraq since the fall of Saddam and rivals offering secular alternatives. Their is a big danger of political parties attacks.
The election environment in Iraq is to much tensed due to political parties and their preparations have instead highlighted the continuing conflicts between the country’s parties and ethnic groups, raising tensions before the official campaigning even began. The date of the voting was pushed back from January and February because of lengthy delays in getting campaign laws through Parliament.Due to such critical situations, the country was brought to the verge of a political crisis in early 2010 when the electoral election commission disqualified more than 500 candidates because of their ties to the Baath Party of Saddam Hussein. The polling stations in all over the country will remain open till 5 pm unless polling hours are extended.
