Woods allegedly left on her phone three days before he rammed his Cadillac Escalade into a fire hydrant and tree outside his Florida home.

“Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions,” he said on his Web site. “I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves.”

The investigation into Woods’ accident ended Tuesday when the Florida Highway Patrol issued a $164 citation for careless driving.

A Los Angeles-based cocktail waitress, Jaimee Grubbs, told Us Weekly that she had a 31-month fling with the married Woods. Grubbs said she has more than 300 text messages that prove this, and provided Us with a voicemail Woods reportedly left Grubbs on Nov. 24 in which Woods says that his wife suspects he is having an affair.

“I need you to do me a huge favor,” a voice reported to be that of Woods’ said. “Can you please take your name off your phone? My wife went through my phone and may be calling you. So if you can, please take your name off that.”

Tiger Woods acceptance of his alleged affairs that he had tried to deny initially must come as a shock for millions of his fans across the world. Not only they were incredulous of media but were also highly critical for ‘planting’ stories about Woods without basis.

The fight was reportedly over a National Enquirer interview with Uchitel’s bombshell bar mate, Ashley Samson, who told the tabloid Woods and the nightclub hostess were hooking up.

Uchitel — who has retained celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred — denied the allegations and told the Daily News she’s never met Samson – but the Enquirer has photos of the two girls together at a party in Spain.
