Without specifically admitting any of the alleged affairs, Woods has asked that his private life be respected.

The scandal has badly dented the golfer’s until now carefully preserved image as a perfectionist sportsman, which formed the basis of lucrative endorsements of various companies that have helped make Woods perhaps the world’s richest athlete, with a fortune estimated at $1 billion (615.3 million pounds).

His commercial sponsors and backers have said they are standing by him.

‘NOT AWARE 0F ANY IMAGES’

At least one U.S. publication has said it has been offered pictures of Woods naked.

The High Court order applies to UK territory and is addressed to “person or persons unknown who have taken or obtained or offered for publication” photographs or images or video footage of Woods nude or having sex.

The Schillings letter accompanying the court order says: “Our client is not aware of any images and in any event he would not have consented to any such photographs being taken nor would he have consented to the dissemination or exploitation of the same.”

It adds that “in the event that these photographs do exist, and it is not admitted, any such images may have been fabricated, altered, manipulated and or changed to create the false appearance and impression that they are nude photographs of our client.”

The Florida Highway Patrol has closed its investigation into Woods’ accident after issuing a ticket to him for careless driving and saying no criminal charges would be brought.

His wife, Elin Nordegren, told police she pulled him from the crashed car after using a golf club to smash a window.

The golfer, appealing for privacy, has not confirmed numerous media reports that he was arguing with his wife about his affairs just when the accident occurred.

Woods has paid his $164 traffic fine.

The top draw on the PGA tour, he is chasing Jack Nicklaus’ record for victories in major tournaments and the unofficial title of best golfer ever. Woods has won 71 times on the tour in a spectacular career that includes 14 major wins.

Nicklaus said on Thursday he believed Woods would “figure out” a way through the scandal.

Tiger has told his wife he will “do anything” to save their family.  The Sun reports that Elin wants him to give up touring until he regains her trust, or until the couples’ children Sam and Charlie are old enough to tag along with them.  Sam and Charlie are both currently under the age of 3.

Given the fact that Tiger Woods quitting golf would be devastating to those following the sport, I headed out to a local golf supply store to talk to people on their way in and out.  Here is what they had to say:

Diane was heading to the golf supply store to buy her husband some Christmas presents. She said she would make the exact same ultimatum that Elin Nordegren Woods did.

Larry says he thinks Tiger should stick in there with his family, as his fans will understand his decision.  When he makes a come back in a couple of years, he will have their respect back for doing the right thing.

Justin said that $80 million is a lot less than what Tiger would lose if he quit playing golf. He says Tiger Woods should stand his ground and continue playing golf.

So why would Elin even ask her husband to quit playing golf? According to the Orlando Sentinel, a friend of Elin Nordegren said:

It will be a long time before he’s traveling the globe playing golf unless Elin’s by his side. Tiger will have to work long and hard to get her to trust him again. Quitting golf shows he is willing to sacrifice something he loves so much to protect his family.

Mindy Lawton, according to her sister, Lynn Lawton, is very naive and extremely vulnerable. As Lynn Lawton said:

“I have to hand it to him. It was brilliant to choose my sister to play his kind of game. [...]

“I saw the texts he sent her. One of them said he was dreaming of being inside of her. Another said, ‘Do you want to get laid?’ It was crude. There was no mention of love. She said he didn’t talk about his wife.

“He talked very little about anything. She said he never wore condoms. That really broke me up. I was so worried she might catch a disease, especially as we suspected he was promiscuous. But Mindy was in love with him. I think she thought he was faithful to her.”

Then there is Tiger Woods’ mistress number six. Reportedly, it is Cori Rist. Sources told the Daily News that Manhattan club goer Cori Rist, 31, is yet another blonde who has dallied with Tiger. There isn’t much known about Cori Rist yet. However, numbering these mistresses is become tedious. After all, should we say Mistress x is Tiger Woods’ 4th Mistress (or 5th, or 6th) depending upon when they were outed or when the affair occurred? Jamie Jungers, Mindy Lawson, and Cori Rist are all notches in Tiger’s belt, apparently, though only one seems to truly be a disillusioned victim.

Tiger woods scandal now became at its peak

Woods allegedly left on her phone three days before he rammed his Cadillac Escalade into a fire hydrant and tree outside his Florida home.

“Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions,” he said on his Web site. “I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves.”

The investigation into Woods’ accident ended Tuesday when the Florida Highway Patrol issued a $164 citation for careless driving.

A Los Angeles-based cocktail waitress, Jaimee Grubbs, told Us Weekly that she had a 31-month fling with the married Woods. Grubbs said she has more than 300 text messages that prove this, and provided Us with a voicemail Woods reportedly left Grubbs on Nov. 24 in which Woods says that his wife suspects he is having an affair.

“I need you to do me a huge favor,” a voice reported to be that of Woods’ said. “Can you please take your name off your phone? My wife went through my phone and may be calling you. So if you can, please take your name off that.”

Tiger Woods acceptance of his alleged affairs that he had tried to deny initially must come as a shock for millions of his fans across the world. Not only they were incredulous of media but were also highly critical for ‘planting’ stories about Woods without basis.

But a small incident has brought to the fore the numerous affairs that he had had in recent years, much to the shock to his fans who were so far defending him and asking the media to keep off.

Meanwhile everyone seems to be bitten by Tiger Woods bug. Every news and entertainment magazine has the great Woods on their cover page. By skipping the tournament, Woods will escape the TV cameras and a horde of media seeking more details about the smashup. The tournament was to be the last of the year for Woods anyway, and he did not say when or where he would make his return next year.

The first tournament of the 2010 PGA Tour is the SBS Championship in Hawaii, an event for winners from the previous year, beginning Jan. 7, but Woods wasn’t expected to be there. He’s more likely to play at Torrey Pines in San Diego the week of Jan. 25.

Woods released a statement Sunday saying the accident was his fault and asked that it remain “a private matter.” But with the Florida Highway Patrol still investigating and the media in full pursuit, Woods may not get his way.

Woods even faced questions from fans who left comments on his Web site. Most voiced support for him, but some said he should address the questions about his own actions and those of his wife, Elin Nordegren, before and after the accident.

Woods hasn’t answered questions from Florida troopers, either, turning them down three days in a row when they came to his house.

Four cars were parked in Woods’ driveway Monday, but no lights appeared to be on inside. A new fire hydrant had already replaced the one that Woods plowed into. A dirt hole and an orange barricade remained in the old hydrant’s place.

Linda Adams, Woods’ neighbor, confirmed to the Orlando Sentinel that someone in her home other than her husband, Jerome, called authorities.

The Associated Press called the Adams home Monday and asked to speak to the Adams’ son Jarius, who’s believed to have made the call. The woman who answered the telephone told a reporter to call back later in the day. When the AP called back Monday evening, attorney Bill Sharpe answered and said he was representing the family. He said there was no comment at this time, but said a statement might be made Tuesday.

There have been talks of Woods’s possible affair for quite sometime and its also being said that the accident occurred because wife Elin was upset with Woods and was running after him with a golf club. So Woods decided to flee away from the place with his car, as he didn’t want to stay there and get spanked by a golf club, he tried to hurry and lost concentration and ended up hitting a neighbor’s tree,

Now TMZ said that they did not find any blood stains in the car but Woods; face was all scratched up. It’s also being speculated that Elin scratched her husband’s face. Now the fight that too place is possibly because of woods’ alleged mistress Rachel.
Woods hasn’t clarified anything yet and yet another story of Woods’ girlfriend Joanna is coming up. He better hurry fast because time his not in his side and the later he speaks, the more it grows huge.

Media has been agog with rumors that he and his wife fought over an alleged love affair of the golf legend with a woman named Rachel Uchitel.

There were reports that the two were dating for sometimes now and that the alleged affair made his wife so furious that she attacked him and caused severe bruises and cut on his face.

Reports suggest that Tiger Woods and his wife fought over a suspected affair of Woods and the fight went so far that his wife scratched his face.

Bruises on his face were so severe that it shocked people. But it also caused several questions.

Many people had said that bruises on his face did not look like being caused by car accident.

TMZ later broke the story and said that the bruises were caused by his wife. The website also reported that after the fight she followed her husband with a golf club and attacked his brand new car with it.

Rachel denied the affair to Black Book, saying that the National Enquirer (who broke the story about her an Tiger) twisted her words and used quotes from frenemy Ashley Samson to make it sound like they were having a heated romance that involved lots of “sexting.”

“Rachel told me, ‘I’m having an affair with Tiger Woods. We’re in love!’ She even read me text messages Tiger sent her that said ‘I love you, babe. It’s always going to be just you and me. They were constantly sexting.”

Rachel responded

“I totally deny the Enquirer story. They did contact me about it, but they didn’t use any of my quotes or any of the information I gave them. They make it sound like I said those things, but it’s all other people saying I said things.”

She then asks us to contact all her old boyfriends (who hate her, btw) and ask them if she “sex messages,” because she doesn’t. Usually stars and their families take stories from tabloids, especially The Enquirer with a grain of salt, but SOMETHING certainly wound up Tiger’s wife, Swedish model Elin Nordegren to attack her famous husband in the middle of the night.
